(1) The committee shall bear the reasonable expenses incurred by the related health workers and health institutions in defense in the case filed in the court demanding compensation against the health workers and health institutions registered in accordance with section 7. However, the committee will not bear the expenses incurred in defending against the damage caused by the malfeasance or serious negligence of the health workers or health institutions.

(2) Those who wish to demand the expenses related to the defense from the committee according to sub-section (1) registered in accordance with section 7 Health workers or health organizations should provide the details to the committee as specified.
